what to expect
At The Hive Chiropractic Wellness Center, we believe a holistic practice of chiropractic is the foundation for unlocking your body’s true health and potential. When the body’s systems are aligned and able to communicate freely and effectively, the possibilities are endless! We want you to feel comfortable in our office, and encourage you to read through the steps of your new patient visits.
Before Your Visit
When you decide you are ready to schedule, call our office or request an appointment online. Before you and your family’s first visit, it is essential that you complete the paperwork in full detail. Having this detailed information about your health concerns and history allows us to serve you with the best care that you and your family deserve.
Special time considerations are made for infants or children with special needs (i.e., splitting the appointment time into 2 separate times: phone consultation and then an in-office examination). If you have any concerns or you or your family need special accommodations, please reach out. We try and make our office as safe and as comfortable as possible for everyone.
Your First Visit
From the moment you walk in your door, you will see why we are different than other health care providers. You will be greeted with a warm smile, tons of excitement, and a huge hello. You will receive a tour of our new office and details about what to expect on your first day. Next, the doctor will sit down with you and take time to discuss your paperwork and listen to your health concerns. We will then assess the function and balance of your neuro-spinal system using state-of-the-art scanning technology which allows the doctor to assess the exact location of the cause of your health concerns. The information from the history, exam, and scans not only allows us to see how your nervous system is functioning but will also allow us to see if you are a good candidate for the care we provide in our office.
Your Second Visit
Following your initial visit, the doctor will review your results and will determine if we can help you. If you are a good fit, we will develop a customized care plan based on your history, exam, and scans. During the second visit we will discuss the results of the scans and present a care plan that is objectively based on those results. Our primary goal is to develop a plan that not only fits your schedule and financial position, but also provide you the best care possible. If you are ready to get started, you will receive your first adjustment and kick off your restorative phase of care.
Plan to spend about 30-45 minutes for this visit to give you the opportunity to ask any questions regarding care for you and your family.
